7. Cross-border transfers:

We use several online cloud-based service providers, including MyKajabi, Xero, iCloud, Google Drive and Microsoft 365, which may involve the transfer of your personal information outside of South Africa. These providers have their own privacy policies and security measures to ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws. We only make use of trusted service providers. 

8. Retention period:

We retain your personal information the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice or as required by law. We will take the necessary steps to delete or destroy your personal information when we no longer have any rights to retain it.
